Getting started is easy! Creators can sign up for free by connecting their TikTok account. Brands can create an account and launch their first competition in minutes. Our onboarding wizard guides you through every step.

Browse available competitions, click 'Join Competition', and submit your TikTok video. Make sure your account is linked so we can automatically track your video's performance. You'll see real-time stats and leaderboard rankings in your dashboard.

After signing up, go to your dashboard and click 'Create Competition'. Set your goals (views, engagement, sales), define your prize pool, add submission criteria, and fund the escrow. Once published, creators can discover and join your competition.

Brands can fund competitions via credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Creators receive payouts via Stripe Connect or direct deposit to their bank account.

When brands create a competition, prize funds are held securely in escrow. This guarantees creators will be paid once winners are determined. Funds are automatically released based on final rankings, with payouts processed within 2-3 business days.

We track views, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, and engagement rate through TikTok's official API. For TikTok Shop integrations, we also track clicks, add-to-carts, and attributed sales.

Yes! Mikah is completely free for creators. Join unlimited competitions, link your TikTok account, view analytics, and receive payouts at no cost. We only charge brands for hosting competitions.

Brands can cancel a competition and receive a full refund if no submissions have been received. Once creators have submitted content, prize funds remain in escrow until the competition ends. For other billing questions, contact our support team.
